We love Jude's little pointer finger. It sounds weird (!), but it is just something you have to see. It is so short, stocky, and pudgy that it is always drawing our attention. And, of course, he is at the stage where he is trying to communicate with us by pointing to everything and grunting that the pudgified finger is his way of telling us what he wants. He has not shown signs of losing that baby fat in his thighs, his little pin cushion hands or the 'permanent bracelet' (as Grandma Lee called it) around his wrist and ankles; the day when these endearing features disappear will be sad....:)
